Economic Restructuring is the overall master plan for revitalization to bring about economic health and stability to the downtown. The Economic Restructuring Team is comprised of community volunteers with a diverse background in: economics, marketing, real estate, advertising, and urban/rural planning. They not only encourage business retention, but future development.
